I want to thank you and Alberto so much for the class. It was great.
I made the risotto tonight for my family including making my own fish stock
from the prawn shells. They absolutely LOVED IT.
I must say I think I got lucky and nailed it on my first try.
Please count me in for all classes!
It is an honor and a privilege to have such an opportunity to learn from
such an accomplished chef.
I can't wait for the next class.
