Here is the menu for our December 5th class, sign up soon because seats will go fast. We will be making Pizza Crudaiola, this pizza is made by baking the crust first! This dish is perfect for entertaining friends and family during the holiday season. Our second dish will be Risotto al Cabernet, followed by Involtini di Pollo.
